Sitework does not always go exactly as the plans suggest. When field conditions change, we explain what we found, what it affects, and what decision is needed—before the issue becomes a bigger problem.

We pay attention to the handoff: the excavation is ready for the foundation contractor, underground work is ready for inspection and backfill, and grading is completed for the next phase of the build.
